Q. How much time/energy will be required?
Cosmic Creatrix is a potent 14-day experience, where you can expect to devote 4 x 90-minute group coaching ceremonies and approximately 30 minutes for a daily practice or ritual in between these calls. If you get easily overwhelmed, I encourage you to take it slow sister! All of these tools and processes can be integrated in a more gentle, self-paced rhythm over time.
Q. What level of support will I receive from you, Amy?
This is a group container, so you’ll be seeing me on our live ceremony calls where you can ask questions. Some of you may get the chance to receive hot-seat coaching on these calls. We’ll also be supporting and celebrating each other inside of the Facebook Group.
Q. How long is the course?
The course is split into daily modules (so 14 modules for 14 days). You can take this course intensively over 14 days OR take it slow over a longer time period as you feel INTO each assignment or ritual. There's no rush - these codes are magic medicine you'll use for a lifetime.
Q. Is there an age restriction?
I recommend this course for any self-identifying women, who is 18 years or older. If you’re under 18 and want to join, it’s possible with the written permission of your guardian. I’ve also worked with women of all ages and walks of life, even queens in their 60s and 70s. It’s never too late to dive into this work.
